" The 5-track collection is an invitation into a selection of charming pop-tinged songs with sweet soulful vocals.
The playfulness of title Hurry Slow reflects in Olivia’s vocal style. Undoubtedly inspired by personal experience, Olivia’s words are instantly relatable and she excels throughout with immersive phrasing. The blissful and dreamy ballad Let Me is absorbingly written and Calling satisfactorily rounds off the EP.
The value of time and reflection form the EPs thread and ties all the songs neatly together for a highly engaging listening experience."

Olivia Junholm is an LA-based, soulful, singer/songwriter from Gothenburg, Sweden. Her sound has a flavor of soul and pop with warm jazz influences, and is known for her powerful and expressive voice.
”I first heard Olivia at the festival ’Live At Heart’ and were so taken by her personality in the music; especially how her voice finds pleasure in dancing around chord tones from the Neo-Soul/Jazzy guitar in her music. If you want your heart to lay back, smile and sing along to a picture of a good life; I
recommend to you, Olivia Junholm.”, the soul artist, Mpho Ludidi writes.
Olivia Junholm is a Swedish soulful singer/songwriter, and is known for her deep and powerful voice, that makes crowds go silent. Her music mixes pop and soul with warm jazz influences. A sound of authentic soulful vocals, blending with catchy melodies, electronic beats and jazzy guitar tunes. The artists history tells us that she has recurring plays on the Swedish Radio, several live performances at the global music forum Sofar Sounds, been spinning at both the UK and the French Radio etc.
Her debut EP No Rush was released in February 2020, in collaboration with the Swedish record label, Light&Salt Records. The EP has been well received by respected music magazines and blogs around the world.

The artist grew up in a home deeply influenced by music as an art form and profession. That is where her love for music started. From a young age Olivia started to perform on stages of varying musical genres and was also involved in multiple record releases. ”Since early years music has always been a big part of my life, therefore singing and performing came very natural to me. Growing up with a professional musician and music producer as a dad obviously made an impact. Following him on tour, running around backstage, was a part of my childhood. And I loved it.”, the artist says.
Olivia graduated from Rytmus School of Music Gothenburg, back in 2014, majoring in vocal performance. Her songwriting eventually lead her to attend Sarah Kelly Music School in Houston, Texas. Where she later, in the spring of 2016, recorded her debut single Try, produced by Sweekman Production. In autumn of 2016, her debut single Try was released. Olivia then returned back to Sweden, were she started her career with recurring plays on the Swedish Radio.
After several live performances at different Swedish festivals, singing at local music clubs in Gothenburg, radio interviews and landing two gigs at the global music platform “Sofar Sounds” (both in Sweden and in Norway), the artist got her first record deal. Inspired by artists like Lianne La Havas, Amy Winehouse and Emily King, Olivia now wanted to create her own unique sound. As previous mentioned, her debut EP No Rush was released in February 2020 in collaboration with Light&Salt Records. A record filled with five songs, all written from the artist heart and personal experiences regarding the need to slow down in today's stressed society.
”Olivia talks about the hectic life and the need to slow down. The singer has a powerful voice and is certainly someone to keep an eye on!”
